Our work is to preserve and to energize history with new activities. Membership is a vital element in the ongoing effort to maintain the buildings and grounds of this very special place and to engage our community within that context. Join us at Historic Park-McCullough.
The Association is the governing body of the Park-McCullough House. In conjunction with the Board of Trustee's, the members of the association are responsible for the well-being of the house. Additionally, Members are the lifeblood of the house, largely responsible for its well-being today.
However, membership isn't without it's benefits. A regular membership includes admission to tours, and admission to membership annual meetings and member receptions.

It’s Membership Season for Park-McCullough House, and we hope you’ll be a part of our 2017 community.
Opening day (Free admission) is scheduled for Friday, May 26th at 10am. We are pleased to announce that for the second year in a row, we will be extending our hours, partially due to the generous support of our volunteers and docents. Walk-in tours will take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Memorial Day to Columbus Day. Seasonal and holiday hours can be found on our website. Tours at other times can easily be arranged by contacting the House. Bookmark our website on your electronic devices for quick access to information about our summer programing.
Living Room Theatre returns to celebrate their sixth season with two exciting productions in July and August. STAY TUNED! We are happy to announce Metawee puppet show will be returning this season with its 2017 production of “Before the Sun and the Moon”. Our summer Music series continues into another season and features a new diverse range of musical genres including opera. Follow us on Facebook to preview artist updates as they are announced throughout the season.
Thanks to continuing support from our annual fund donors, and to the Vermont Historic Preservation grant, the carriage barn foundation project will conclude this spring. 2017 membership funds will help support the house to invest in renewable energy. Electricity will be supplied to the house via a community solar project, which will lower expenses for the house and increase sustainability. In another effort at increasing sustainability, we are in the planning stages of developing a community forestry program. This will take a more proactive approach to caring for the beautiful trees and gardens of Park-McCullough. Our hope is to finish the project with a new exhibition and self-guided tour highlighting the history of our Victorian garden. To track the progress of these projects please visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter and like us on Facebook.
The 2017 Croquet season will start June 8th. By signing up for croquet, you not only enjoy playing on the lawns (with a cash bar on the verandah), but you also receive membership benefits.
We are deeply grateful for your support.
