hosted by John G. McCullough Free Library
on the lawn (carriage barn, in case of rain)
Join the McCullough Library at the Park-McCullough House on August 30th at 5pm for our Summer Reading Celebration! This is a free event and open to the whole community. Let’s show all of our young readers that we support their hard work.
Raffle (kiddos earn a raffle ticket for every 200 minutes of reading they do this summer!) with three grand prize baskets for summer readers. There is a 4th prize that is awarded to the reader who racks up the most minutes of reading over the summer.
Jeh Kulu—a Burlington, VT-based group that brings traditional West African music and dance to our region—will be performing at 5 pm. Their performances are high energy and feature traditional pieces with djembe, doun doun, and krin instruments. Not to be missed!
