International Play Music on the Porch Day

What better a porch to stage live music from than the Park-McCullough veranda!
Every year, musicians in 70+ countries and 1000+ cities worldwide participate. At the Park-McCullough, we’re staging 7 musicians/bands in a lineup that begins at 11:30 AM and extends through the afternoon. Bring a picnic and your lawn chairs and stay for one or all. This is an all-ages event and includes highlights like “Meet the Musician” and “Make Your Own Instrument.” Lake Paran Community Jam Band will cap off the afternoon; for those wishing to jam, bring your own instruments for the 4:30 hour!
Sage Pizza Co. will be “in the house!” Sage’s Neopolitan style made-to-order pizzas will be available from 11:30 - 3 PM. Whole pies, to order, from $14 - $17 each.
This event is FREE and open to the public. Rain or shine (carriage barn, in case of rain). On-site parking. Restrooms available. Questions? Contact: info@parkmccullough.org.

11:15 AM | Made in the Shade—A versatile trio that plays memorable rock, pop and old-time jazz standards.
12:15 PM | The Slippery Jigs—A Bennington-area Irish folk band playing traditional fiddle tunes, sea shanties, and pub songs.
1:00 PM | Battenville Jazz Workshop—Local Jazz septet breathes fresh life into exciting jazz standards.

3:00 PM | The Four Corners A Cappellists—A vocal ensemble led by Stephanie Phelan. What would we be listening to 160 years ago? Songs from the Porch, 1866.
3:45 PM | Hey Bub—A Hudson Valley and Southern Vermont duo – Lily Bergstein and Christian Joao sing sweet old-timey harmonies that entertain people of all ages. IG: @heybubduo
